Job Description
We are looking for an experienced GenAI Architect to design and implement the AI/GenAI framework powering our Risk Scoring Engine and Audit Planning Engine. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable AI systems, integrating LLMs, and architecting end-to-end intelligent solutions that drive automation, decision-support, and predictive insights.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and design the GenAI framework for risk scoring and audit planning systems.
Lead the development of AI models, pipelines, and solution components using LLMs and advanced ML techniques.
Develop system architecture including data ingestion, vectorization, embedding pipelines, RAG, and model orchestration.
Implement model evaluation techniques focusing on accuracy, reliability, and explainability for risk-based systems.
Collaborate with risk, audit, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.
Define integration strategies with existing enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance best practices for AI systems.
Optimize model performance and operationalize solutions using MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and architectural guidance across the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall technology experience with strong expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI architecture.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI pipeline development.
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for AI workloads.
Proficiency with Python, ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar).
Experience building AI-driven decision engines or scoring systems (Risk/Compliance/Audit preferred).
Strong understanding of data engineering, data governance, and scalable solution design.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
