GenAI Engineer – Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Dataverse to design and implement intelligent business solutions that enhance enterprise productivity. The ideal candidate will combine AI innovation with Microsoft ecosystem expertise, driving automation, predictive insights, and conversational experiences within Dynamics and Power Apps environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop GenAI-driven extensions and intelligent assistants within Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.). • Integrate Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and Cognitive Services into Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. • Build custom connectors, Power Automate flows, and AI models leveraging Dataverse and Azure Machine Learning. • Architect scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents for process automation and analytics. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and translate requirements into high-performing applications. • Ensure data governance, model lifecycle management, and prompt optimization within Dataverse and Azure environments. • Stay current with emerging AI capabilities in Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform releases. Qualifications • 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing GenAI / Copilot / Azure OpenAI solutions. • Strong understanding of Dataverse schema, API integration, and security model. • Proficiency in PowerFx, C#, TypeScript, and Azure Functions. • Experience with AI Builder, Custom Connectors, and plugin development. • Excellent analytical, communication, and solution design skills
