Job Title: Senior Gen AI Engineer
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite 5 days/week)

Employment Type: Contract/Fulltime
Eligibility: ONLY USC, GC, (W2 role – No C2C)
Experience Required
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Python coding (production-grade systems)
• Proven track record in building AI agents and automation workflows
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), fine-tuning, and deployment
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications leveraging LLMs and agent frameworks
• Architect and implement RAG pipelines for enterprise-scale knowledge retrieval and contextual AI responses
• Build and optimize autonomous agents for task execution, workflow orchestration, and decision-making
• Collaborate with product, data, and research teams to integrate AI solutions into business platforms
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI-driven systems in production environments
• Stay updated with emerging GenAI frameworks, tools, and best practices
Technical Skills
• Programming: Python (advanced), familiarity with distributed systems
• AI/ML: LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.), RAG frameworks, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Tools/Frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, Agent orchestration frameworks
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP (AI/ML services)
• Databases: SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs
• Other: API development, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD
