We are looking for GenAI Engineer Lead for our client in Birmingham, MA Job Title: GenAI Engineer Lead Job Location: Birmingham, MA Job Type: Contract Job Description: Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr Responsibilities: • Lead GenAI for SWE initiatives enabling AI powered coding testing documentation and modernization. • Deliver technical enablement sessions and ensure teams take ownership of upskilling. • Support client teams in adopting GenAI tools eg GitHub Copilot internal accelerators. • Establish and maintain GenAI measurement frameworks usage impact productivity. • Manage reporting structures for GenAI initiatives across client and internal leadership. • Provide handson engineering guidance Java NET Python Angular React etc. Skills Required: • Strong engineering proficiency in at least one modern programming language Java NET C# Python JavaScriptTypeScript AngularReact with the ability to understand and support additional stacks as needed. • Hands on experience with GenAI tools used in Software Engineering such as GitHub Copilot Amazon CodeWhisperer Codeium GitLab Duo and more • Ability to embed GenAI capabilities into day to day development workflows coding debugging testing documentation refactoring. • Ability to simplify and translate GenAI concepts into repeatable engineering best practices for client teams. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management able to influence client teams and technical leaders. • Highly proactive self driven comfortable leading cross functional GenAI uplift initiatives.
