We are looking for a GenAI Engineer, who is passionate about leveraging AI to solve real-world business problems. We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that drive measurable business impact for one of our Financial clients. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement AI models using machine learning and deep learning techniques. • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions. • Integrate AI models into existing business systems for seamless operation. • Test, validate, and optimize AI models for accuracy and reliability. • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams. • Monitor and refine AI solutions based on feedback and new data. • Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance. • Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in AI solutions. Required Skills & Experience: • Proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and AI system design. • Hands-on experience with AI platforms like OpenAI API, Azure AI, Foundry, Databricks, and LangGraph. • Proficiency in Python and experience deploying AI models into production. • Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value. • Familiarity with ethical AI practices and compliance frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. • Experience in consulting or client-facing technical roles. • Proven track record of delivering AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.
