Job Title: GenAI Engineer with SRE exp Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite, Friday Remote) Employment Type: Contract Interviews: 2-3 rounds (including client interview) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to support Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Health, and Engineering Productivity initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage Generative AI, LLMs, automation, and cloud-native technologies to improve platform reliability, observability, automation, and developer productivity. Required Skills 6–10 years of experience in SRE, Platform Engineering, DevOps, Automation, or GenAI Strong Python development and automation scripting Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, GitHub Copilot, Devin AI, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Strong understanding of SRE principles, Incident Management, and Observability Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments Preferred Skills Kubernetes and container platforms Cloud-native architecture DevOps and platform modernization experience AI-powered automation and engineering productivity solutions Key Responsibilities Build AI-driven automation solutions for SRE and platform engineering. Develop Python-based automation and integrate LLMs into engineering workflows. Improve platform reliability, observability, and operational efficiency. Implement AI-assisted capabilities for code remediation, test generation, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with SRE, Platform Engineering, and Development teams to drive automation and productivity initiatives.
