We are looking for a skilled GenAI Lead Developer to design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI/ML, LLMs, and modern frameworks, along with leadership capabilities to guide the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of Generative AI applications
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Llama, etc.
• Build and optimize AI pipelines using Python
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements
• Guide and mentor junior developers
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and APIs
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Python
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Hands-on with frameworks like LangChain / LangGraph
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts
• Experience with REST APIs and system integration
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
