Business Analyst – AI Product & Program Lead (Voice AI) Location: South SFO, CA (3 days onsite/week) Contract Voice AI platform that enables users to conversationally access insights related to their healthcare journey, including historical doctor interactions, CRM engagement data, and other enterprise data sources. The solution integrates Veeva CRM, enterprise data platforms, and AI-powered conversational experiences through a combination of vendor-delivered capabilities and internally developed data pipelines. We are seeking a Business Analyst who can drive the initiative across business, product, and delivery workstreams while effectively coordinating between stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. ## Role Overview We are looking for a polished Business Analyst with strong product, program management, and stakeholder management capabilities, along with enough technical understanding to work effectively with engineering, data, and AI teams. This individual will help define user needs, document requirements, manage delivery activities, and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. ## Required Qualifications business analysis, product management, consulting, or program management • Experience supporting enterprise technology or AI-driven initiatives • Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and data flows • Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and process documentation • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams ## Preferred Qualifications • Experience at a top-tier consulting firm is preferred • Experience with GenAI, Conversational AI, or Voice AI initiatives • Familiarity with Veeva CRM and healthcare/pharma commercial ecosystems • Experience working with enterprise data platforms and cloud-based architectures • Experience managing third-party technology vendors
