The Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing generative AI models, conducting research on the latest advancements in AI, and implementing machine learning algorithms. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing and interpreting complex data, and deploying AI solutions to address business challenges. The engineer will ensure that AI models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company's technology strategy. Qualifications • Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing generative AI models • Proficiency in implementing machine learning algorithms and conducting AI research • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data • Experience in deploying AI solutions to address business challenges • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams • Ability to work independently and remotely • Experience in the IT consulting industry is a plus • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
