About the Role Our financial services client is seeking experienced Generative AI Engineers to join their team and help shape the future of AI-driven applications. This role is deeply technical and hands-on, with engineers spending 100% of their time coding. You will be responsible for building frameworks and reusable patterns that enable scalable GenAI use cases across various lines of business. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop GenAI frameworks and reusable patterns for enterprise applications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement specific use cases. • Build robust, scalable, and observable GenAI solutions using modern tools and platforms. • Demonstrate and document reusable components for broader adoption across teams. • Ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability of GenAI applications. • Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and best practices. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in application engineering. • Proficiency in Python, LangChain, and ADK (AI Development Kit). • Hands-on experience with observability tools and practices (e.g., logging, tracing, metrics). • Proven track record of building and deploying GenAI solutions in real-world business contexts. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Haves • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI/ML services. • Familiarity with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. • Contributions to open-source GenAI projects or frameworks. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
