Job Title: Gen AI Engineer
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or related fields, with hands-on exposure to Generative AI systems.
· Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt-response dynamics, and model limitations.
· Proficiency with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI, or similar.
· Excellent analytical and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
· Ability to document and standardize processes for scalability.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Linguistics, or related discipline.
· Experience with advanced prompt techniques (e.g., chaining, RAG, context injection).
· Familiarity with enterprise AI governance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.
· Prior experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
