Job Summary
We are looking for a Genesys Business Analyst experienced in AI and Customer Experience (CX) to analyze business processes, define requirements, and ensure delivery of technology solutions that enhance customer engagement across digital channels.
Responsibilities
β’ Analyze current business processes and identify areas for CX improvement.
β’ Define business requirements, use cases, and user stories for Genesys and AI initiatives.
β’ Partner with IT, Operations, and CX teams to align goals and priorities.
β’ Participate in solution design and ensure delivery aligns with business expectations.
β’ Support UAT and deployment phases, ensuring end-user readiness and adoption.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
β’ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably with Genesys platform).
β’ Proven background working on AI or chatbot-driven CX initiatives.
β’ Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
β’ Experience working in Agile environments.
