Role description
We are seeking a Genesys Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting contact center solutions using the Genesys platform. The role involves call flow development, system integration, and ongoing support of customer interaction applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain call flows using Genesys tools (IR, Composer, or Architect)
• Configure and support IVR, routing strategies, and reporting solutions
• Integrate Genesys with CRM, databases, and third-party applications
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support
• Work with business teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
Required Skills:
• Experience with Genesys (PureConnect / PureEngage / Genesys Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of IVR development and call routing
• Experience in Java/.NET, APIs, or scripting
• Understanding of SIP, VoIP, and contact center technologies
• SQL knowledge for reporting and data handling
