1. Experience with GIS development tools, including ESRI ArcPro, ArcPy, and Open-source GIS GeoPandas
1. Experience with C++, C# and Python
1. Experience with SQL
1. Excellent communication skills.
1. Possession or ability to obtain and maintain the required a favorably adjudicated Client Public Trust background investigation.
Preferred Skills/Level of Experience :
1. Familiarity with SAFe® Agile frameworks.
1. Familiarity with Git
1. Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices
1. Experience building and deploying desktop applications
