Global Process Data Consultant | SAP S/4HANA

Position: Global Process Data Consultant – Transformation Projects Location: Remote / Flexible – Global Duration: 6–7 months (with potential extension) Department: Data & Analytics / Transformation Projects About the Role We are driving large-scale global transformation projects with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. We are seeking experienced SAP S/4HANA Functional Process Data Experts to support greenfield implementations across multiple value streams (OTC, RTR, PTD, STP, HR, and more). This is a critical role bridging business process owners, functional SAP teams, and the data enablement organization to ensure business data is fit-for-purpose, standardized, governed, and ready for system design, migration, and adoption. Key Responsibilities Partner with global and regional business stakeholders to define data requirements aligned to standardized value stream processes. Translate business process designs into clear master and transactional data definitions for SAP S/4HANA. Support template design and ensure consistent data models, attributes, and hierarchies across geographies. Define data objects, attributes, and mandatory fields; support business rules, validations, and derivations. Participate in data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, mock conversions, and reconciliation. Support testing, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Contribute to global data governance, quality monitoring, and stewardship models. Required Qualifications 5+ years of SAP functional experience with a strong data focus. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (greenfield implementations preferred). Deep understanding of value stream business processes and related data objects. Experience with SAP MDG or similar governance tools, and data migration tools (e.g., SAP Migration Cockpit, LVM, ETL tools). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, global transformation projects. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or asset-intensive industries. Previous role as Functional Data Lead or Data Domain Lead. Experience defining global templates and harmonized data models. Familiarity with data quality tools and metrics. Why Join This Project?
