Job Title: Global Reporting & Analytics Manager – Logistics Industry Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract About the Role Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Global Reporting & Analytics Manager with deep expertise in transportation, logistics, and U.S. customs brokerage. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who can design, develop, and scale global analytics and reporting frameworks that drive business decisions across import/export operations and forwarding functions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the global reporting and analytics strategy across transportation, logistics, and U.S./Canada brokerage operations. • Build and manage scalable reporting frameworks that translate operational data into actionable business insights. • Partner with business and regional leaders to define KPIs and reporting standards that align with global goals. • Deliver data-driven recommendations to optimize customs compliance, brokerage efficiency, and end-to-end logistics performance. • Manage data integration across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting. • Leverage tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, and SQL to design, automate, and enhance dashboards and analytics outputs. • Drive a culture of data excellence—ensuring reporting evolves from simple visualization to strategic business enablement. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or data management within logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding. • Strong understanding of U.S. Customs, import/export brokerage, and transportation processes. • Proven ability to interpret complex global data sets and provide strategic insights. • Hands-on experience with data visualization, BI tools, and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI). • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and guide business leaders. • Demonstrated success in building and leading global reporting ecosystems that drive measurable impact.
