Go Engineer Work Snapshot • Job Type: Contract • Location: Remote • Compensation: Up to $55 per hour • Commitment: Flexible / project-based (hourly) Roles & Responsibilities • Review and evaluate AI-generated Go code and technical explanations for correctness, readability, and reasoning quality • Identify issues related to concurrency, error handling, API design, backend architecture, and Go engineering best practices • Write high-quality reference implementations, prompts, and step-by-step explanations demonstrating idiomatic Go development • Compare and rank AI-generated responses based on correctness, maintainability, implementation quality, and contextual relevance • Fact-check technical implementations and validate backend development, microservices, gRPC, and cloud-native engineering concepts • Create AI training content focused on Go programming, concurrency patterns, profiling, backend services, and distributed system workflows • Test AI systems for inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and reasoning gaps in Go engineering and technical problem-solving tasks • Support AI model improvement through structured code reviews, technical evaluations, documentation, and detailed engineering feedback Requirements • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical field • 1 2+ years of professional Go programming experience with strong expertise in backend services, APIs, or systems-focused development • Strong understanding of Go idioms including concurrency patterns, clear error handling, composition-based design, readable interfaces, and API development best practices • Hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade backend applications using Go in cloud-native or distributed environments • Experience evaluating backend-oriented Go code for correctness, readability, concurrency handling, error propagation, and system design quality • Strong English communication skills (C1 or above) with the ability to write structured, precise, and technically detailed explanations • Familiarity with Go frameworks and tools such as Gin, Echo, gRPC, profiling tools, CI/CD workflows, and modern backend engineering practices preferred • Prior experience with AI data training, large-scale code review, evaluation of AI-generated technical content, open-source contributions, or competitive programming considered a plus
