Role description
• Manage customer's digital analytics infrastructure, ensure continuity of service during the transition, and facilitate the smooth off-boarding and onboarding process.
• Primary Responsibilities:
• Implement new tracking requests and features via Google Tag Manager.
• Maintain and audit the current GTM container for performance and compliance.
• Handle user queries and support requests from internal stakeholders.
• Specify BigQueryfeeds for our data teams.
JD : The Digital Analytics Engineer is responsible for a range of essential activities that underpin customer's digital measurement and data utilisation. Digital Analytics Infrastructure Management - Develop, configure, and maintain digital analytics infrastructure, primarily leveraging Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). - Design and implement robust solutions for data capture, tag management, and data layer structures to ensure effective digital analytics. - Manage and govern digital data collection, focusing on maintaining data quality, ensuring compliance, regulating user access, and optimising tag management processes. - Implement and refine various marketing and product tags, along with associated technologies. Data Enablement & Collaboration - Facilitate analytics self-service across the organisation by guiding users to understand and effectively utilise available digital analytics data and tools.
