GSOC / Intelligence Analyst (OSINT) – Global Energy Company
A high-performing intelligence team at a global energy company, require a Intel / GSOC Analyst.
In this role, you will monitor global and local events, providing advance warnings of threats through diverse intelligence sources. You’ll assess incidents for their potential impact on the company’s people, assets, and reputation, escalating matters as needed.
This is a 24/7 role, working on a 12-hour 4-shift rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and report on global incidents impacting the company.
• Utilise social media and intelligence tools to identify emerging threats.
• Analyse and interpret data sets, delivering actionable insights via reports and visualisations.
• Support intelligence-led security risk management and crisis response.
• Produce thematic open-source intelligence reports to inform security and business decisions.
Required Skills:
• Experience in operational, analytical, or security roles with a focus on threat assessment.
• Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills; experience with incident data visualisation.
• Excellent report writing, briefing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in real-time response situations
• Ideally knowledge of global geopolitical affairs and the energy sector
This role offers the chance to gain intelligence and crisis management experience in challenging global environments. This will be an original 6 month contract with an opportunity to go permanent.
