Job Title: GTM Operations Consultant
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension)

Position Overview
We're looking for a GTM Operations Consultant to help optimize revenue operations by improving CRM data quality, supporting partner programs, and enhancing operational reporting. This individual will work cross-functionally to streamline processes, maintain Salesforce data integrity, and provide operational support that enables Sales and leadership teams to make informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Partner Operations
• Oversee recurring reviews of partner-related opportunities to ensure data accuracy and alignment with incentive programs.
• Support the operational execution of partner co-sell and payout processes by validating records and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor CRM data health by identifying inconsistencies and driving corrective actions.
• Partner with internal teams to improve workflows and strengthen operational efficiencies across the GTM organization.
Salesforce Administration Support
• Create and modify reports, dashboards, and data views that provide visibility into sales and partnership performance.
• Act as the liaison between business users and Salesforce administrators to prioritize system requests and enhancements.
• Recommend improvements to CRM processes that increase data reliability and reporting accuracy.
Business Partnership
• Work closely with leaders across Sales, Finance, HR, and Partnerships to support operational initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable operational processes and reporting solutions.
• Present findings and operational metrics in a clear, business-friendly manner to stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Assist with documenting workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications
• 5–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related business operations function.
• Advanced Salesforce experience, including reporting, dashboard creation, data governance, and CRM process management.
• Strong proficiency with Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting.
• Experience supporting partner operations, sales processes, or revenue programs in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, solve problems, and improve business processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth organization.
