🚀 Hiring: Guidewire Jutro Developer - Richmond, VA / Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Jutro Developer to join a dynamic team building modern digital insurance experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Guidewire Digital Portals, Jutro SDK, ReactJS, and Guidewire Cloud integrations.
📍Role: Guidewire Jutro Developer
📌Type: Long Term Contract
📍Location: Richmond, VA / Hybrid
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain React based web applications using the Jutro Digital Platform and Jutro SDK
Customize and extend Guidewire Digital Portals such as Customer Engage Producer Engage and Vendor Engage
Implement micro frontends reusable components and persona specific UI flows using the Jutro Design System
Integrate frontend applications with Guidewire Insurance Suite APIs Policy Center via Cloud APIs and JSONRPC services
Collaborate with UX designer’s using Figma to deliver branded accessible and responsive interfaces
Use Jutro CLI and Jutro Web Apps Console to manage app lifecycle from development to production
Participate in agile ceremonies sprint planning and peer code reviews
Ensure compliance with accessibility performance and security standards
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to reusable component libraries
Required Skills
Frontend development experience with at least 4years in Guidewire Jutro or Digital Portal development
Strong proficiency in ReactJS JavaScript ES6 Typescript HTML and CSS
Experience with React Hooks Functional Components and state management
Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud Platform Edge APIs and Advanced Product Designer APD
Hands-on experience with Jutro SDK Jutro CLI and Jutro Web Apps Console
Understanding of RESTful APIs JSON and micro services architecture
Proficient with Git Jira Jenkins and CICD pipelines
Preferred Skills
Guidewire certifications eg Digital Specialist ACE or Policy Center Configuration
Experience with unit testing frameworks eg Jest GUnit
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Knowledge of performance optimization cache management and persona management
Experience embedding Jutro micro frontends into external portals.
