Job Title: Guidewire PolicyCenter Lead Developer
Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions for enterprise P&C insurance projects.
• Design scalable configurations, integrations, and customizations using Guidewire best practices.
• Lead development teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Build complex integrations with internal and third-party applications using REST/SOAP and messaging frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive performance optimization, production support, and release planning.
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire coding standards, CI/CD, and Agile practices.
• Support Guidewire upgrades, cloud implementations, and technical governance.
Required Skills
• 6–9 years of Guidewire PolicyCenter experience
• Strong expertise in Gosu, PCF, Product Model, Integration Framework
• Java, Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs
• Guidewire Cloud experience preferred
• P&C Insurance domain
• Team leadership experience
