Guidewire Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead with deep experience in Guidewire, specifically DataHub and Cloud Data Access (CDA) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the technical implementation and integration of Guidewire solutions, ensuring seamless data management and accessibility across cloud platforms. Expertise in specialty insurance is highly desirable, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and offshore development teams. 1.1 Responsibilities • Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Guidewire DataHub and CDA solutions. • Provide hands-on guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and technical excellence. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Guidewire functionalities. • Coordinate with offshore teams, facilitating smooth communication and project delivery across time zones. • Support specialty insurance data integration and reporting requirements. • Maintain high standards of documentation, code quality, and system performance. 1.2 Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience with Guidewire technologies, with a focus on DataHub and Cloud Data Access. • Strong understanding of specialty insurance workflows and data structures (preferred). • Proven experience working with offshore and remote teams. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or similar) is a plus.
