HCM Technical Developer (Oracle HCM Cloud)

Job Title: HCM Technical Developer (Oracle HCM Cloud) Location: 100% Remote Type: Contract / Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Developer with 7 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development. This is a remote opportunity to contribute to large-scale enterprise implementations alongside top-tier functional and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including customizations and extensions. • Work primarily across Core HR (must-have), Compensation, and Benefits modules. • Build and deploy custom UI components using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, functional leads, and project managers. • Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, testing, and deployment activities. • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. Required Skills & Experience: • 3–5 years of hands-on technical development experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. • Strong technical knowledge in Core HR (required), Compensation, and Benefits modules. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) is mandatory. • Proficiency in HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, BI/OTBI reporting, and REST APIs is a plus. • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Experience working on large-scale, complex projects in a team-oriented environment.
