Head of Data and Results
Location: Belfast
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term (Immediate Start)
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Nominate Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading charitable organisation based in Belfast to recruit a Head of Data and Results on a 12-month contract.
This pivotal role will lead on data strategy, performance measurement, and the successful rollout of a new Information Management System (IMS). The postholder will play a key part in driving data-led decision making, supporting impact measurement, and ensuring robust data governance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with managers and frontline teams to define KPIs and success measures.
• Implement robust statistical and research methods to validate results data.
• Continuously refine metrics and methodologies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Support the rollout and implementation of a new IMS.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and refine system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and alignment with the organisations mission.
• Develop and implement best practice frameworks for data collection, validation, and storage.
• Support operational teams to maintain consistent and accurate data entry.
• Lead the development of data governance frameworks to ensure data quality across all programmes and services.
Essential Criteria
• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience/certification).
• Significant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or datamanagementdata, ideally within a mission-driven or multi-stakeholder environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT/data system design and implementation projects.
• Strong working knowledge of key analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience developing, managing, and reporting on performance measures or impact data.
