Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to bring their clinical data expertise to the frontier of AI development.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare data — not just to improve hospital operations, but to directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare. Your domain expertise will help AI systems become more accurate, trustworthy, and useful across the entire health sector.
• Organization: Alignerr
• Type: Hourly Contract
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
• Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate AI-generated healthcare content and data outputs for clinical accuracy and real-world relevance
• Assess and provide feedback on health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting logic
• Prepare structured insights and recommendations based on clinical and operational data
• Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of healthcare and AI professionals
• Help ensure AI outputs meet the accuracy and quality standards required in healthcare contexts
Who You Are
• Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data visualization, trend analysis, and reporting
• Comfortable bridging clinical, technical, and operational perspectives
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy — especially where patient data is concerned
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote, async environment
Nice to Have
• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
• Background in clinical informatics, health IT consulting, or population health analytics
Why Join Us
• Work on cutting-edge AI projects with top research labs and AI teams
• Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, 10–40 hours per week
• Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration
• Apply your healthcare expertise to a field that's shaping the future of medicine and technology
• Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
