Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for Health Informatics Analysts to bring their clinical data expertise to one of the most impactful frontiers in technology — AI development. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge models. Your deep understanding of healthcare systems, EHR data, and clinical workflows will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — work on your schedule, on your terms.

What You'll Do
• Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to AI training tasks
• Evaluate AI-generated clinical and operational content for accuracy, completeness, and real-world applicability
• Assess health information systems, data pipelines, and reporting logic to ensure outputs are accurate and well-structured
• Provide expert feedback on AI responses related to clinical workflows, healthcare terminology, and health data concepts
• Create structured evaluations and annotations that help AI models learn from your domain expertise
Who You Are
• Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical thinker with skills in data interpretation, visualization, and trend analysis
• Comfortable translating complex health data concepts into clear, structured feedback
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload asynchronously
• Collaborative by nature — experienced working across clinical, technical, and operational teams
Nice to Have
• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare interoperability standards
• Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health analytics
