Role: Healthcare Analytics Manager Location: Redwood City, CA Duration: 6 Months + extensions >> ongoing Overview: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Analytics Manager to lead enterprise healthcare analytics and digital health initiatives supporting quality improvement, regulatory reporting, and operational performance. This role oversees analytics strategy, supervises technical staff, and ensures effective use of EHR and enterprise data to deliver actionable insights for clinical and executive leadership. The ideal candidate combines strong healthcare analytics expertise with leadership experience and a deep understanding of healthcare quality metrics, public health reporting, and data governance. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate analytics and digital health staff. • Manage daily workload prioritization and resource allocation. • Represent the analytics function in governance committees and executive workgroups. Enterprise Analytics & Reporting • Develop and implement enterprise analytics strategies aligned with organizational priorities. • Oversee design, validation, and maintenance of dashboards and performance reports. • Translate complex clinical and operational data into executive-ready insights. • Support regulatory and public health reporting requirements with accuracy and compliance. Data Integration & Governance • Oversee integration of EHR data (Epic preferred) with enterprise data warehouses. • Strengthen data governance, data quality, and reporting standardization. • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy and regulatory standards. Strategic Collaboration • Partner with clinical and operational leaders to define measurable outcomes. • Identify opportunities to leverage analytics to improve health equity and operational efficiency. • Provide strategic guidance on digital health initiatives, including patient engagement and telehealth analytics. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field. • 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare analytics, digital health, healthcare IT, or performance reporting. • 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience managing analysts or technical staff. • Strong experience with healthcare data analytics, dashboard development, and enterprise reporting. • Experience working with EHR data (Epic preferred) and enterprise reporting tools. • Knowledge of healthcare quality measures, regulatory reporting requirements, and data governance principles. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in a government or public-sector healthcare environment. • Advanced degree in a related field.
