Role description
Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Healthcare Data Analyst to join our healthcare client in Charlotte, NC. This is a 7-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. Pay: $22.00 - $30.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Description: The purpose of this position is to process member data from data receipt to entrance into the QualityAdvisor data warehouse error-free and effectively support members once the data is in the system. The analyst will be expected to communicate with members on a regular basis via email and phone calls answering basic member questions regarding data, processing or reporting issues. Provide written communication regarding deadlines, decisions, explanations of issues, etc. • 2 or more years of applicable experience; experience utilizing analytical and technical abilities required • Foundational understanding of data and processing of data • Demonstrate organization and time management skills while balancing multiple tasks with changing priorities • Enjoy working/learning in a technical environment; proficient in working with computer and data such as vlookups and access queries • Basic ability to use Clinical Products and data acquisition tools or can learn concepts within a few months of being hired • Outstanding customer service skills to include: ability to relate to others, active listening, anticipate customer needs and provide high level customer satisfaction • Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to approach problems and issues in a logical/systematic manner • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new concepts • Foundational understanding of data, how it is stored and manipulated and aspects of the process to begin to understand interdependencies such as general concept of how it works, where it goes, how we get it Primary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
