• • • Criminal Background Check and Drug Test are Required • • • Job Title: Healthcare Reporting Analyst (SQL) Location: Remote - United States Employment Type: W2 Contract Position Overview We are seeking a Healthcare Reporting Analyst to support data requests from physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. This role will primarily focus on executing predefined SQL queries against various healthcare data sources, validating results, and delivering accurate datasets or reports to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, the ability to follow established data extraction procedures, and familiarity with healthcare terminology and clinical data concepts. Key Responsibilities • Receive and manage incoming healthcare data requests from physicians, hospitals, and clinical teams • Execute predefined SQL queries against multiple data sources to extract requested information • Validate query outputs and ensure accuracy and completeness of data delivered • Format and prepare datasets or reports for stakeholders in a clear and usable format • Communicate with requestors to clarify requirements when needed • Maintain documentation of queries and reporting processes • Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations such as HIPAA • Assist in maintaining query libraries and data request workflows Required Qualifications • 2-5 years of experience working with SQL and relational databases • Experience executing and validating SQL queries for reporting or data extraction • Familiarity with healthcare terminology, clinical data, or hospital reporting environments • Ability to interpret and respond to data requests from healthcare professionals • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Communication skills need to be really great • Experience working in a remote team environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience with healthcare datasets (EHR, EMR, clinical registries, claims data, etc.) • Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar • Exposure to healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA) • Experience working with data warehouses or analytics platforms Technical Skills • SQL • Relational Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.) • Data extraction and reporting • Microsoft Excel or reporting tools Additional Information • Fully remote role within the United States • W2 employment only (no C2C or third-party candidates) • Must be authorized to work in the United States
