🎯 Eligibility Criteria
• ✔️ 5+ years of IT experience as a Software Developer / Engineer
• ✔️ Currently not working with an employer / available to join immediately
• ✔️ Open to working on W2 (No C2C – Strictly)
• ✔️ Work Authorization:
• H4 EAD
• L2 EAD
• Any valid EAD (without employer sponsorship)
