Role description
HR Operations contractor with strong analytical and communication skills required ASAP for a financial investment firm in Mayfair, London. Experience using HRIS: Workday is essential. Paying £25 - £30 per hour for a 4-6 month contract.
Our client is undergoing some internal changes, so they require an HR generalist / all-rounder who can hit the ground running.
• You will be responsible for efficiency and compliance of all the daily HR processes, including maintaining HR data integrity and the HRIS: Workday
• Key knowledge should include: regulatory compliance, policy implementation, data management, talent management, administration support
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal HR policies, developing and implementing new policies as needed
• Act as an escalation point for employee inquiries and manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent handling
• Support the performance management process, goal setting, and talent reviews
• Coordinate and manage HR-related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business goals
• Collaborating with other departments to align HR initiatives with overall business objectives
• Ensuring data privacy and security measures are consistently applied to personnel information
• Participating in the development and implementation of employee engagement, including all training and development
• Build trusted relationships at all levels
• Maintain and run a robust Talent & Recruitment Management strategy for attracting, developing and retaining talent
• Creating and updating HR policies
• Manage day-to-day HR procedures such as Employee Relations cases, absence management and employee engagement
• Oversee the entire employee journey from attraction and recruitment to onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate with finance and payroll for all HR matters such as benefits, promotions and salary reviews
Experience needed: strong background in HR, with proven contracting experience. You must be from a financial services / asset management background, and be competent using Workday.
