Role description
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS / HR Data Analyst to support HR systems administration, HR data reporting, and an upcoming Workday migration initiative. This role will focus heavily on HR data analysis, ADP data management, reporting, and maintaining HR data integrity across Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with ADP, HR data sets, Excel-based analysis, and HRIS platforms, and will collaborate closely with both HR and IT teams to ensure accurate reporting, system performance, and data governance. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain employee data within ADP and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper data governance. • Support the Workday migration project, assisting with HR data mapping, data validation, system testing, and data quality checks during the transition from ADP or other HR platforms. • Perform HR data analysis and reporting, leveraging Excel and HRIS reporting tools to provide insights into workforce trends, headcount, and HR metrics. • Utilize advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, and analysis) to audit HR data, reconcile records, and support reporting requests. • Support HR and IT audits by validating system data, reviewing employee records, and ensuring compliance with internal data standards. • Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to maintain system integrations, improve reporting processes, and enhance data workflows across HR platforms. • Generate recurring and ad hoc HR reports and dashboards to support HR leadership, workforce planning, and operational decision-making. • Assist with HRIS system administration tasks, including data updates, user support, and troubleshooting HR system issues. Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, HR data reporting, or HR data analytics. • Experience working with ADP HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems preferred. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and large dataset management. • Experience supporting HR data administration, HR reporting, or HRIS system maintenance. • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to identify data discrepancies. • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders. Preferred Skills: • Experience supporting Workday HCM implementations or migrations. • Familiarity with HR reporting, workforce analytics, and HR metrics. • Experience working with large HR datasets, data validation, and system data reconciliation. • Exposure to HR compliance, audits, or HR data governance processes.
