Position Overview
β’ We are seeking an HR Data Analyst to join our HR Technology and Analytics team. This role serves as a critical liaison between HR business partners and IT, supporting HR data security, workforce data management, and enterprise HR reporting. The ideal candidate will be analytical, process-oriented, and capable of working with complex HR data systems.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage and triage incoming data requests through Service Hub tool from across the enterprise
β’ Route requests to appropriate team members and fulfill data requests as needed
β’ Conduct daily tie-outs between Workday and the Workforce Data Hub to ensure data accuracy
β’ Investigate data discrepancies and ask clarifying questions (never assume)
β’ Support security audits for HR data access and permissions
β’ Write test scripts for system testing and enter transactions for testing purposes
β’ Support HR data integration from multiple systems (Workday, FieldGlass, MyTime, etc.)
β’ Assist with enterprise HR reporting needs
β’ Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems

β’ Critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities
β’ Process-oriented mindset with attention to detail
β’ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)
β’ Experience with HR data analysis and workforce management data
β’ Ability to take direction and ask appropriate questions
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
