HR Data Analyst (Remote)
Pay: $35 - 38

Description:
The People, Inclusion & Culture (PIC) team drives initiatives that make our workplace more equitable, data-informed, and impactful. We're looking for an HR Data Analyst & PM Coordinator who can blend strong analytical acumen with project management discipline to support our strategic priorities in people insights, diversity and inclusion, and ESG reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analytics & Insights
Collect, clean, and analyze people data (e.g., headcount, DEI, engagement, turnover) to generate actionable insights for the HR leadership teams.
Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track KPIs and progress toward strategic goals.
Partner with HRIS, Finance, and Sustainability teams to ensure alignment of data definitions and reporting standards.
Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.
Support ESG and DEI reporting requirements through accurate data collection and narrative support.
Translate complex data findings into clear insights and storytelling that informs people strategies.
Support the creation of executive-level presentations and visual summaries.
Keep key stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and dependencies.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration, integrity, and innovation within the PIC team.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in data analytics and HR reporting
Experience Within HR, DEI, Or ESG Functions
Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
Nice to Have:
Experience managing projects or supporting PMO functions; familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for diversity, equity, inclusion, and data-driven decision-making.
