HR Data, Insights & Systems Analyst Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid Working) Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract Working Pattern: Full-Time Overview Our client is seeking an HR Data, Insights & Systems Analyst to join its international Human Resources function, supporting employees and stakeholders across multiple locations. This hybrid role combines HR analytics, reporting, and HR systems management, offering an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring HR data quality, delivering meaningful workforce insights, and supporting the ongoing development of HR systems and processes. The position would suit someone with experience in HR analytics, people data, HR systems administration, or workforce reporting who enjoys translating data into actionable business insights. Responsibilities HR Data & Analytics โ€ข Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. โ€ข Produce workforce reporting and visualisations using Power BI and other reporting tools. โ€ข Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. โ€ข Deliver meaningful insights to support workforce planning and business decision-making. โ€ข Support the development of data-driven HR strategies and initiatives. Data Quality & Governance โ€ข Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems and reports. โ€ข Support data governance and best practice standards within HR processes. โ€ข Identify and resolve data quality issues. โ€ข Maintain robust reporting controls and documentation. HR Systems Management โ€ข Support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems. โ€ข Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementations, and process improvements. โ€ข Work closely with HR, IT, and external suppliers to optimise system functionality. โ€ข Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Project & Stakeholder Support โ€ข Support HR-related projects involving systems, reporting, and data transformation. โ€ข Collaborate with stakeholders across HR and the wider business. โ€ข Gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions. โ€ข Communicate insights and technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Requirements Essential Skills & Experience โ€ข Experience in HR analytics, HR systems, people data, workforce reporting, or a similar role. โ€ข Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. โ€ข Strong experience using Power BI for reporting and data visualisation. โ€ข Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. โ€ข Ability to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights. โ€ข Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. โ€ข Excellent organisational and time-management skills. โ€ข Effective stakeholder management and communication skills. โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Desirable Skills & Experience โ€ข Experience using Workday HRIS. โ€ข Experience supporting HR systems development and optimisation. โ€ข Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, and people analytics. โ€ข Experience working on HR technology or transformation projects. โ€ข Understanding of data governance and reporting best practices.
