Description Hybrid 3 on in Charlotte, NC Our client seeks an HR Data Analyst to support HR Technology and Analytics with a focus on HR data security, workforce data management, and enterprise reporting. The role will manage enterprise data requests, reconcile data across systems, and support audits and integrations. Success will require strong analytical skills, SQL and Power BI proficiency, and a process-oriented approach to ensure data accuracy and integrity. The analyst will collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders and contribute to scalable reporting solutions. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $35.00 to $41.00/hr. w2 JN -042026-106409 Responsibilities • Manage and triage incoming HR data requests via the Service Hub and route or fulfill as appropriate. • Perform daily tie-outs between Workday and the Workforce Data Hub to validate data accuracy. • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies by gathering clarifications and validating assumptions. • Support HR data security audits for access and permissions. • Write test scripts and enter transactions for system testing. • Support integrations across HR systems such as Workday, FieldGlass, and MyTime. • Assist with enterprise HR reporting and dashboard needs. • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reporting platforms. Experience Requirements • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency. • Experience with HR data analysis and workforce management datasets. • SQL experience. • Power BI experience. • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms. • Critical thinking, logical reasoning, and attention to detail. • Ability to follow direction and ask clarifying questions. • Workday knowledge (preferred). • SSRS experience (preferred). • Business Objects experience (preferred). Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in any field.
