The Company
We're working with a globally recognised organisation undergoing a major HR transformation programme. This is a high-impact project within a well-established data function, where multiple hires have already been successfully placed.
You'll be joining a growing team focused on modernising HR data architecture and delivering key data products that will shape business decision-making.The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Architect with HR data experience to play a key role in a large-scale transformation programme.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including another project lead, to design and implement scalable data solutions, bringing together legacy Oracle systems with modern cloud-based platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and developing data models to support HR data transformation
• Leading on data ingestion and architecture, ensuring smooth integration across systems
• Supporting the transition from traditional ETL processes to modern data engineering practices
• Working closely with Oracle teams to understand existing data structures
• Ensuring alignment between architectural design and engineering delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting and data usage across insight teams
• Delivering 6 key data products by September, enabling downstream ETL processesYour Skills & Experience
• Strong experience as a Data Architect within complex environments
• Proven experience working with HR data
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Snowflake
• Experience working with Oracle-based systems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to bridge the gap between architecture and engineering teamsThe Team
You'll join a tight-knit team of:
• 2 Data Engineers
• 1 Business Analyst
Alongside wider internal data and Oracle teams.Interview Process
• 1-stage interview (1 hour) with 2 technical team membersAdditional Details
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: 6 months (high likelihood of extension into next year)
• Day Rate: £630 per day
