Role description
HR Data Privacy Analyst My client, a global bank based in London, is looking for a HR Data Privacy Analyst on a contract basis. Paying up to £430pd Umbrella rate, 9 month contract. 3 days per week in the Sheffield office. The HR Data Privacy Analyst will support the global HR data privacy strategy, driving implementation of frameworks and embedding effective controls for employee data. Key Skills: • Experience in data, privacy, risk, or related fields within complex global environments • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within HR and cross-functional teams • Ability to gather key information and support effective risk assessments • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes • Solid understanding of risk management and compliance • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on time • Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and Data teams • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to drive change through collaboration Responsibilities: • Support the global HR data privacy strategy, ensuring effective implementation of privacy frameworks and controls for employee data • Assist with DataVisa submissions (PIAs, data sharing approvals, records of processing) • Review and support privacy assessments, working with Legal and DPO teams as needed • Contribute to governance and controls implementation, including privacy notices, individual rights, and consent management • Provide support on data security and access management controls Please apply now for immediate consideration and further details.
