As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a HR Systems and Data Analyst to join our global HR team. This is a highly autonomous role expected to deliver complex people analytics, data quality ownership and HRIS expertise Who We’re Looking For β€’ Experience in a similar role, with knowledge and understanding of global HR platforms β€’ Ability to analyse data sets taking account of different data structures and database designs β€’ Thorough attention to detail and ability to work with high volumes of data from various systems β€’ Highly competent user of Excel β€’ Proficient user of QlikSense, including knowledge on designing, building and publishing dashboards β€’ Good written communication and ability to convey technical data in an understandable format β€’ Experience working with functionally and internationally diverse stakeholder groups β€’ Basic reward knowledge β€’ Data Analyst - Level 4 education, undergraduate degree desirable What You’ll Be Doing β€’ To deliver complex people analytics and reporting solutions that support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation β€’ Full cycle ownership of portfolio of dashboards and analytical products, from data ingestion and modelling through to visualisation, publishing, maintenance and stakeholder interpretation, and accountable for the quality, reliability and ongoing performance of these outputs β€’ Support on both day to day tasks and short-term projects and will be working across several disciplines. β€’ Support users to ensure they understand the reports and dashboards which are created; develop user guides and other documentation as well as providing direct training in person or via video calls β€’ Ensure reports and dashboards produced remain relevant and that users feedback is taken onboard to aid improvements β€’ Identify issues (data quality, corrupt data) in the HR data and ensure accuracy. β€’ Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems reporting and analytics, supporting the ongoing optimisation of current HR system, and contributing to the implementation and transition to the future HRIS β€’ Support the People Data & Technology Lead and other Group SME's, independently driving agreed group initiatives (e.g. ESG & Living Wage) and responding to stakeholder data requests.
