Primary Services is excited to announce the HR Systems and Data Analyst role at a large, rapidly expanding organization. This role is critical to supporting and enhancing core HR technology platforms that serve a broad employee population. The selected professional will partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure system integrity, drive process improvements, and support ongoing system enhancements in a dynamic corporate environment. Responsibilities β€’ Maintain functionality of the existing ADP or Oracle system, including data entry, configuration, and updates. β€’ Provide technical support to HR and business users by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues. β€’ Generate and analyze customized HR reports based on evolving business requirements. β€’ Conduct routine system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies. β€’ Participate in ADP or Oracle implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and validation. β€’ Support employee data migration efforts into ADP or Oracle platforms. β€’ Develop system user guides and documentation to support training and knowledge transfer. β€’ Train HR and operational users on system functionality and established best practices. β€’ Identify opportunities for process improvements through system enhancements and workflow optimization. β€’ Document standard operating procedures for HRIS-related workflows. β€’ Contribute to HRIS projects, including upgrades, integrations, and system rollouts. β€’ Perform additional HR systems-related duties as required. Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. β€’ Minimum of four years of experience in HRIS administration. β€’ Direct experience with ADP and/or experience with Oracle required. β€’ Demonstrated experience in HRIS implementation and employee data migration. β€’ Proficiency in HR data analysis and report generation. β€’ Experience performing system audits, diagnostic testing, and technical documentation. β€’ Knowledge of data security standards and confidentiality requirements within HR environments.
