Primary Services is excited to announce the HR Systems and Data Analyst role at a large, rapidly expanding organization. This role is critical to supporting and enhancing core HR technology platforms that serve a broad employee population. The selected professional will partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure system integrity, drive process improvements, and support ongoing system enhancements in a dynamic corporate environment.
Responsibilities
β’ Maintain functionality of the existing ADP or Oracle system, including data entry, configuration, and updates.
β’ Provide technical support to HR and business users by troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
β’ Generate and analyze customized HR reports based on evolving business requirements.
β’ Conduct routine system audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
β’ Participate in ADP or Oracle implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and validation.
β’ Support employee data migration efforts into ADP or Oracle platforms.
β’ Develop system user guides and documentation to support training and knowledge transfer.
β’ Train HR and operational users on system functionality and established best practices.
β’ Identify opportunities for process improvements through system enhancements and workflow optimization.
β’ Document standard operating procedures for HRIS-related workflows.
β’ Contribute to HRIS projects, including upgrades, integrations, and system rollouts.
β’ Perform additional HR systems-related duties as required.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
β’ Minimum of four years of experience in HRIS administration.
β’ Direct experience with ADP and/or experience with Oracle required.
β’ Demonstrated experience in HRIS implementation and employee data migration.
β’ Proficiency in HR data analysis and report generation.
β’ Experience performing system audits, diagnostic testing, and technical documentation.
β’ Knowledge of data security standards and confidentiality requirements within HR environments.
