Role description
Akkodis is seeking a HR Transformation Project Analystfor a 24-month contract with a client in Chicago IL 60606.
Title: HR Transformation Project Analyst
Location: Chicago IL 60606- Hybrid
Duration: 6-month Contract
Pay Rate: $48-$50/hr on w2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Transformation Project Analyst to provide project management and coordination support for a global HR transformation program. This role will work closely with the Program Director, HR workstream leads, IT, and external partners to ensure successful execution of program activities, including planning, milestone tracking, status reporting, meeting planning and program documentation management.
The ideal candidate will have an experience in project management with exposure to large scale technology implementations in global, complex organizations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Support the Program Director in the day-to-day management of the global HR transformation program.
β’ Build out and maintain Monday.com framework and facilitate workstream management of project plans, trackers, timelines, and risk/issue logs. Continuously evaluate and improve tool structure, workflows, and reporting to ensure they support decision-making and reduce duplication.
β’ Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and trackers in Monday.com for program leadership and stakeholders.
β’ Support creation of project governance materials (weekly status reports, steering committee decks).
β’ Coordinate project deliverables, such as process maps, and ensure alignment with overall program milestones.
β’ Partner with HR process leads, IT teams, and system integrators to support status report updates, risks and decisions are entered and managed.
β’ Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and deployment readiness tracking.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ 2-5 years of business analyst and/or project management experience.
β’ Prior involvement in HR system implementations preferred.
β’ Experience supporting global programs with multiple stakeholders across regions
β’ Experience with project management tools, building program dashboards, reports, automated workflows.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
β’ Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
β’ Strong communicator
β’ Ability to manage competing priorities
β’ Collaborative team player that is adaptable and a proactive problem-solver.
β’ Results-oriented with a focus on delivery and accountability
