Human Data Assistant | $45/hr Remote

Position: Human Data Manager Type: Hourly contract Compensation: $30 - $45/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Design, build, and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis. • Establish and monitor KPIs to optimize operational performance and decision-making. • Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights and improve efficiency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business goals. • Develop reporting frameworks to track metrics and workflow improvements. • Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, data integrity, and quality standards. • Take ownership of operational challenges and drive proactive problem-solving. Requirements • Strong experience in data operations, analysis, or workflow optimization. • Technical aptitude with experience in handling data annotation or processing pipelines. • Ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency. • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership. • Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail in managing data quality. • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, or SQL.
