Role description
Human Resource Analyst β€’ Location: Virtual (Eastern Time preferred) β€’ Pay Rate: $50 to $55 per Hour β€’ Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET (1-hour lunch) β€’ Hours: 40 hours per week; no overtime or weekend work expected β€’ Contract Duration: Through October 30, 2026 Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented People Analytics Consultant to support our People Analytics function. This contractor will play a critical role in advancing HR analytics initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making, and providing insights into employee sentiment and workforce trends. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for HR and business leaders. Key Responsibilities β€’ Collect, analyze, and report on employee survey and listening data to inform strategic HR and talent decisions β€’ Support the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of employee listening initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives β€’ Interpret quantitative and qualitative data to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate insights to HR and business stakeholders β€’ Develop, automate, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and recurring reporting solutions β€’ Build, enhance, and scale headcount and gross hiring predictive models to support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies β€’ Partner cross-functionally on people analytics projects, contributing analytical expertise and data-backed recommendations β€’ Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and ethical handling of sensitive employee information β€’ Stay current on industry best practices, tools, and methodologies related to HR analytics and employee listening β€’ Provide ad hoc analytics and reporting support as needed Qualifications β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field β€’ Master’s or PhD preferred β€’ Demonstrated strength in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative HR and Talent Acquisition data β€’ Proficiency with Excel and experience using survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Employee Voice) β€’ Experience with data visualization and analytics platforms (e.g., BI tools, Visier) β€’ Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools and statistical programming languages such as R or Python
