Role description
Talent Program Manager position focused on owning and driving key Talent initiatives, starting with the rollout of a new performance management process and platform across the company. I want to emphasize upfront β this is not an HRBP or traditional HR role.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in program/project ownership, stakeholder engagement, and translating vision into execution within a Talent/People organization.
What this role is really about
β’ Owning and driving Talent program initiatives end to end
β’ Leading the implementation and adoption of a new performance management platform
β’ Acting as a key partner to stakeholders across Talent and the business
β’ Using HR/Talent data and analytics to inform decisions and drive next steps
β’ Ensuring a strong user experience (UX) for employees and managers interacting with Talent tools
What theyβre looking for
β’ Strong program or project management experience (ideally within HR/Talent/People teams)
β’ Extremely stakeholder focused with excellent communication skills
β’ Agile mindset with the ability to move initiatives forward in evolving environments
β’ Comfort working with data, dashboards, and analytics (Workday, Visier/Tableau experience is a plus)
β’ Open to AI and automation tools in analytics and reporting
β’ Hands on experience in smaller or high growth environments where youβve had to juggle priorities and drive execution
