Role description
Job Summary: The HR Analyst plays a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR metrics to improve workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The HR Analyst collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Β· Collect and analyze HR data related to recruitment, turnover, compensation, performance, and employee engagement. Β· Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for leadership. Β· Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve HR processes and policies. Β· Support workforce planning and forecasting efforts. Β· Draft, revise, and disseminate HR policies and procedures. Β· Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems. Β· Collaborate with HR team members to improve reporting capabilities and data usage. Β· Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Β· Participate in HR projects such as diversity initiatives, talent management, and organizational development. Qualifications: Β· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. Β· 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or a related role. Β· Solid proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Tableau). Β· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Β· Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Β· Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Preferred Skills: Β· Experience with SQL or other data query languages. Β· Familiarity with predictive analytics and workforce modeling. Β· Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
