We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation (3-month Contract). This role will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday solutions to support HR and Compensation processes, with a strong focus on a Sales Job Architecture Restructure initiative. The analyst will collaborate with HR, Compensation, Sales Compensation, and HR Tech teams to optimize system functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business requirements. Required: 5+ years of Workday experience with a focus on Compensation and Advanced Compensation. Strong knowledge of Workday configuration, business process design, and reporting. Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, calculated fields, condition rules, and security configuration. Ability to troubleshoot system issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions. In-depth knowledge of Workday Compensation functionality, including salary structures, job profiles, job families, grade profiles, compensation basis, commission plans, allowances, and bonus plans. Experience supporting job architecture initiatives, including restructuring roles, job families, and compensation frameworks. Experience with Workday reporting tools and data extraction, manipulation, and visualization techniques. Workday certifications in Compensation or related modules highly desired. Experience working in a multi-country, multinational organization preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: Workday System Administration & Configuration: Configure, test, and maintain Workday Compensation modules, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business requirements. Partner with COEs to gather requirements and implement system enhancements, integrations, and reports. Develop and maintain business process workflows, security roles, and notifications in Workday. Compensation Support: Act as a functional lead for Workday Compensation, supporting the configuration and administration of compensation plans globally. Provide subject matter expertise in restructuring job architecture, aligning job levels, and mapping compensation structures to business needs. Testing Leadership: Lead and manage Compensation testing efforts, including the design and execution of test scenarios, scripts, and cases. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to validate job architecture updates, compensation plans, and system functionality. Data Integrity & Reporting: Develop custom reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields to support HR and Compensation operations. Conduct data audits to ensure integrity across job architecture and compensation records. Provide training and support to HR and Sales teams on Workday functionalities when needed. Process Improvement & Governance: Ensure compliance with company policies related to compensation and job architecture. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience in Workday.
