β€’ β€’ β€’ HR Employee Relations & Operations Projects Manager (Long Term Maternity Cover) - Hybrid in Basingstoke - 12-18 Month Contract β€’ β€’ β€’ Overview: Planet Pharma are looking for an Employee Relations and Operations expert to provide high-quality HR services, systems, and processes to support employees across the regional hub. The team acts as an escalation point from the global HR service centre and delivers local expertise, manages regional HR processes, oversees HR policies and procedures, maintains data analytics and reporting, and provides specialist support across Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Employee Experience, and broader HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: This role leads and delivers a wide range of HR projects across Operations and Employee Relations, including process improvement, service optimisation, and change management initiatives. β€’ Identify opportunities to automate processes and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency. β€’ Lead on data management, dashboards, reporting, and analytics, including headcount reporting for business planning cycles. β€’ Drive process improvements and policy updates in response to evolving internal and external requirements. β€’ Develop communication materials, guidance, and training content to support employee and manager self-service. β€’ Conduct workplace investigations as required. Basic Requirements β€’ Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience. β€’ Demonstrated experience in process design and improvement, ideally within an HR environment. β€’ Proven track record of delivering impactful HR or operational projects. β€’ Strong data analysis skills, including advanced Excel capability. β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. β€’ Customer-focused mindset with the ability to apply user-centric design principles. β€’ Forward-thinking approach with a growth mindset. Additional Skills / Preferences β€’ Experience delivering HR services within a large or complex organisation. β€’ Experience providing Employee Relations support for complex cases and senior stakeholders. β€’ Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation/analytics tools. β€’ CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is advantageous. β€’ Experience conducting workplace investigations (e.g., as part of grievance or disciplinary processes). Additional Information β€’ Full-time fixed-term contract (12–18 months) to cover maternity leave. β€’ Role is based at the organisation’s regional office, with hybrid working available (up to 2 days per week remote).
