HX (Human Experience) Solution Developer
Location: Hybrid – Candidates local to Chicago, South Bend, or Boston preferred
Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire (CTH)

Job Summary:
The HX (Human Experience) Solution Developer is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining intuitive and impactful dashboards and data views that provide actionable insights into the user experience. This role requires someone who can build, test, and iterate effectively—transforming complex data into visually compelling, meaningful stories.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to create scalable, user-centric analytics and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and configure world-class reporting dashboards and visualizations using the HX platform.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create a unified view of the customer journey.
• Use data visualization and design principles to communicate insights and tell data-driven stories.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery teams, and SMEs to translate business needs into analytical dashboards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, including data sources, metrics, and calculations.
• Conduct QA testing to ensure data accuracy, functionality, and performance consistency.
• Continuously iterate and enhance dashboards based on feedback and evolving business goals.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on interpreting and using dashboards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop demo dashboards and visual materials showcasing best practices.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role involving dashboard development or data visualization.
• Proficiency with JavaScript (JScript), HTML, CSS, and familiarity with Confirmit platforms or similar systems.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent BI tools.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
• Familiarity with UX principles and a passion for enhancing human experiences through data.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Preferred (Not Required):
• Experience in healthcare, employee experience, or customer experience domains.
• Familiarity with data formats such as SPSS, CSV, and Triple S.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and manipulation.
• Exposure to data processing tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
