IAB Data Blueprint Lead

We are supporting a major government transformation programme and are seeking an experienced IAB Data Blueprint Lead to define the future-state data blueprint for a strategically important organisation. Working closely with senior business, digital and data stakeholders, you will establish the North Star for data operating models, governance, MI and capability that will underpin future procurement and organisational design decisions. This is an 8-week temporary engagement on a competitive day rate of £700, primarily remote with London workshops as required. The role is inside IR35 and requires active SC Clearance. • Define target-state data blueprints and future-state operating model recommendations for a major government transformation • Lead strategic stakeholder engagement at senior leadership level, facilitating workshops and shaping governance and accountability models • Immediate start, remote-first with London workshops, 8-week contract with scope to deliver high-impact recommendations at pace Preferred Requirements • Proven experience delivering enterprise data strategy or blueprint engagements in complex, regulated environments • Demonstrated expertise in data governance, data quality frameworks and data operating model design • Strong understanding of data architecture principles and the ability to collaborate with technical teams on integration approaches • Proven track record managing stakeholders at senior leadership level, with experience in Central Government or similarly regulated sectors • Active SC Clearance and ability to work independently at pace in a fast-moving engagement Preferred Qualifications • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline • Professional certification in data governance, enterprise architecture or related field • Demonstrated experience designing MI and performance reporting frameworks for large-scale organisations
